Does LeadFW integrate with our existing dialer?
Yes. Drop-in integration with VICIDial, Five9, Genesys, Twilio Flex, Aircall, and any system that can call a REST endpoint. We provide ready-made connectors for VICIDial; everything else is one API call before lead insert.
How is this different from a standalone DNC scrub service?
DNC is one of about twelve checks LeadFW runs. A standalone scrub gives you DNC clean; LeadFW gives you DNC clean + line-status verified + carrier-typed + geo-validated + bot-filtered + TCPA-litigator-cleared. The point is one decision per lead, not five vendor bills.
What's the pricing model?
Per-lookup, with volume tiers. Most BPO clients land between the equivalent of USD 0.008 and USD 0.025 per validated lead depending on the validation depth + monthly volume. Quote-based for >1M lookups/month. Invoiced in your local currency.
Can we use LeadFW without your VICIDial hosting?
Yes. LeadFW is standalone and works with any dialer. About 40% of our LeadFW customers are not on our VICIDial hosting - they use LeadFW as a pre-filter for whatever stack they already have.
How do we trust your validation accuracy?
