Questions about these outcomes

Can we talk to a reference?
Yes. On a scoping call we will connect you with a current client in a comparable situation so you can ask them directly - how we work, what went well, what was hard. We would rather you hear it from them than from us.
Do you have case studies in my sector?
The examples above span EdTech, BPO, healthcare, logistics, fintech, and accounting, and the underlying work - cloud cost, security remediation, compliance, predictable IT - repeats across sectors. If yours is not listed, ask; the pattern is usually closer than the label.
Why are the names anonymized?
Most security and IT work touches sensitive infrastructure, so we anonymize by default at client request. The outcomes and quotes are real and unedited. Where a client is happy to be named as a reference, we will introduce you on a call.
How small can an engagement be?
Smaller than most of the examples here. Several of these outcomes started as a single scoped assessment between a few thousand dollars and twenty-five. If a one-hour call solves your problem, we will tell you that too.
