Every VICIDial cloud image ships with our enterprise security architecture, so a hosted dialer never becomes an open door for toll fraud. Zero-trust access, SIP rate-limiting, authentication-abuse detection, and Asterisk-level controls are wired in from the first boot.

VICIDial Hosting - common questions

Can I migrate an existing VICIDial install?
Yes. Migration takes 4-8 hours depending on data volume (agents, campaigns, lists, recordings). We do it as a one-time fixed-price project alongside provisioning. The dialer itself comes up in 2 minutes; the migration is the slow part.
Do you support cluster setups?
Yes. Multi-server clusters (separate DB / web / dialer / archive nodes) are an upgrade from the single-server image. Up to 10k concurrent calls validated on properly-sized clusters. We can scale your existing cluster too.
What's 'unmanaged' actually mean?
Unmanaged: we hand you the image, the docs, and the keys. You handle patching, monitoring, incidents. Managed: we do all of that, plus 24×7 on-call. Pricing is roughly 2x for Managed because you get our engineering time.
Which providers do you provision to?
First-party support on Hetzner Cloud (default - fastest, cheapest for India+EU), Vultr, DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP. Bring your own VPS works too; we'll ship the image. Bare metal in a data center, also yes.
What's the largest dialer you've run?
10,000 concurrent calls in production for a collections BPO. Custom cluster of 8 nodes. The standard images comfortably handle 500-1000 concurrent on a single server.
