VITI Security

About VITI Security

Founded in India to prove that great IT and security work doesn't need a Silicon Valley zip code.

VITI Security is a managed-IT and cybersecurity consultancy serving small and mid-size businesses across India, the United States, and beyond - founded in January 2020 by Vijay Prakash Tiwari.

Why we exist

Enterprise-grade security. SMB-grade pricing.

Most security firms scale by serving the Fortune 500. We scale by serving the rest of the economy.

Plain English, no theater

We explain what we found and what to do. No 80-page reports nobody reads.

One team, one phone number

You get the same engineer from kickoff through incident response. Continuity matters when things break.

Fair pricing, real scope

Scope is what you need, not what we can bill for. We turn work down when it's wrong.

Compliance without the dread

SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and your local frameworks - we make the audit boring on purpose.

Global delivery, local context

India-based team, dispersed engineers, clients across multiple markets. Compliance and time zones, handled.

Software we built ourselves

Vexta, our AI-powered vulnerability scanner, gives clients the same tooling we use ourselves.

How we work

From first email to ongoing partner, with no surprises in between.

The same person stays with you the whole way. Here is what the first few weeks of working with us actually look like.

01

Talk first, scope second

A 30-minute call to understand the real problem - not a sales pitch. If a one-hour fix solves it, we tell you. If it is bigger, we scope it.

02

A number you can plan around

A fixed-price proposal within two business days. You know the cost and the deliverable before you say yes. No hourly meter running in the background.

03

Work that starts fast

Most engagements move from signed proposal to live work inside two weeks. Your named engineer leads it - the same person from the first call.

04

We stay after the invoice

Findings get walked through in plain English. Fixes get re-tested at no extra charge. Many one-time projects turn into ongoing retainers because the relationship already works.

Questions clients ask before signing

How big are your typical engagements?
Most start at a defined scope between $3k and $25k for a one-time assessment, or a monthly retainer between $1.5k and $10k for managed work. We've also done six-figure annual programs. We're equally honest if your problem is smaller than that - sometimes a one-hour call solves it.
Do you work with companies outside India?
Yes. About a third of our clients are in the United States, plus engagements across other markets. We invoice in USD or INR depending on the entity, accept Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay, and work across time zones - your primary engineer is awake when you need them.
Why should we trust a firm we've never heard of?
Fair question. Read our blog (real engineers writing about real problems), talk to a current client (we'll connect you), or start with a tiny paid assessment. We'd rather earn the larger engagement than oversell the first one.
Do you replace our existing IT team?
Usually no - we augment. Most clients have one or two internal IT people who handle day-to-day; we plug in for security, compliance, hosting, or specialized work. If you want fully managed, we do that too.
What's the catch with the '≤ 2 min' VICIDial promise?
No catch. Our VICIDial Cloud images are pre-built and tested; once you pick a tier, provisioning runs in under two minutes. Migrating an existing dialer takes longer (configuration import) but the new cluster itself is up fast.

Want to know if we're the right fit?

One conversation. Honest scope. No 30-page proposal nobody reads.
