What can I buy right now?
Vexta (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) and managed VICIdial hosting are published, pay-as-you-go tiers you can purchase today - choose the billing period that suits you (monthly, quarterly or yearly; some plans also hourly/daily/weekly). Consultancy is scoped on a call and quoted.
How is consultancy priced?
Cybersecurity, VAPT, Managed IT and VOIP/Telecom consultancy is scoped to your engagement - billed by the hour or day for short work, or as a monthly/quarterly/yearly retainer with included hours. Book a 30-minute call and we send a fixed-price proposal, usually within two business days.
What payment methods and currencies do you accept?
Stripe and PayPal for global customers (paid in USD) and Razorpay for India (paid in INR - cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets). Invoices are issued in USD or INR with the exchange rate recorded at payment. We do not take crypto.
Can I switch billing period or plan?
Upgrade any time - the change applies immediately and we prorate. Longer billing periods carry an automatic discount (e.g. quarterly and yearly are cheaper per month). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle.
Do you offer auto-renew?
Yes. Opt in to auto-renew at checkout and your plan renews automatically via your saved payment method. You can turn auto-renew on or off, or cancel, any time from your customer portal.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes. Registered non-profits and NGOs get 30% off Vexta plans and Managed IT retainers, and security consulting at cost (typically 40-50% off). Email us your registration certificate.
