The Team
Small. Senior. Same names on the kickoff call and the incident bridge.
VITI Security is deliberately small. We grow when we can hire senior - not when revenue says we should. The person who scoped your engagement is the person solving the problem six months later.
Founder
VP Tiwari · CEO & Founder
Vijay Prakash Tiwari (VP) founded VITI Security in January 2020 to prove that great IT and security work does not require a Silicon Valley zip code or a Big Four price tag. Over a decade of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure design, cybersecurity consulting, and call-center operations - including building India's most production-tested VICIdial cloud stack.

No managers between you and the work.
Flat by design. Engineers own engagements end-to-end. Our founder is on every kickoff call and every quarterly review for retained clients.
Senior engineers
Every delivery person on staff has 8+ years of hands-on experience. No junior pipeline; we hire for senior or we wait.
No account managers
You do not get handed off from sales to delivery to support. The engineer who scoped is the engineer who delivers.
Specialized advisors
For deep specialist work (regulator-specific compliance, cross-border tax structuring on offshore deals), we partner with external advisors and bring them in as needed.
What a small senior team means for you
What you actually get
The benefits of working with people, not a process.
Small and senior is not a constraint we apologize for - it is the reason the work holds up. Here is what that buys you.
Continuity that compounds
The engineer who learns your stack in month one still has it in their head in month twelve. No re-onboarding a new contact every quarter, no re-explaining your odd legacy systems.
Decisions, not tickets
You are talking to someone who can make the call, not log a request for someone else to maybe action later. Faster answers, fewer layers, real ownership.
Honesty over upsell
A senior engineer with nothing to prove will tell you when not to spend, when to in-house something, and when the problem is smaller than you feared.
Talk to the people who will do the work.
No sales-to-delivery handoff. The first call is with the engineer who would run your engagement.
