Predictive vs power vs preview - which mode should we use?
Predictive maximizes agent talk time; best for high-volume B2C with disposable lists and well-trained agents. Power dials one at a time as agents become available - safer for compliance, lower drop risk. Preview shows the lead before dialing - best for B2B and high-value leads where context matters. We let you mix per-campaign.
Can we scale up during peak campaigns?
Yes. Single-server images comfortably handle 500-1000 concurrent calls. Above that we move you to a multi-node cluster (separate DB / web / dialer / archive nodes) - validated to 10,000 concurrent in production for a collections BPO.
Are you TCPA and data-protection compliant out of the box?
Compliance is your operational responsibility - we ship the technical scaffolding (consent logging, recording retention controls, DNC integration if you want it, agent permission scopes wired to least-privilege). The policy + training side is yours; we hand off runbooks during onboarding.
What does it cost?
Tier-based pricing in your local currency (INR / USD / GBP / EUR). Most outbound BPO clients land between the equivalent of USD 250 and USD 2,500 per month for managed hosting depending on agent count + recording storage. Unmanaged self-hosted images are roughly half that. Quote-based for 200+ seat operations.
Can we migrate our existing VICIdial install?
Yes. Typical migration: 4-8 hours of cutover work depending on data volume (agents, campaigns, lists, recordings). Fixed-price project alongside provisioning. The new cluster comes up in 2 minutes; the data migration is the slow part.
