Major service · Managed IT
IT support that picks up. Strategy that doesn't change every quarter.
From day-one help desk to multi-year IT roadmap - long-term IT partnership for SMBs that don't have the time to hire a CIO.
What's included
Your IT department, on retainer.
Pick the modules you need; we can add more as your team grows. No lock-in, no surprise add-ons.
Help desk + on-call
Same engineer who knows your stack. Tickets resolved in hours, not days.
Patching + monitoring
OS, app, dependency patching with regression testing. 24×7 monitoring on everything that matters.
Vendor management
We deal with M365, Google Workspace, Cloudflare, your ISP. You stop being middleman.
IT strategy + roadmap
Quarterly reviews. Where you are, where you should be, what to fund next.
Cloud + on-prem
Hybrid setups, migrations, cost optimization. We don't push one model - we push the right model.
Compliance support
If you also need SOC 2 / HIPAA / PCI prep, we coordinate with our security team without you re-explaining.
What you can expect
Onboarding
Two weeks from handshake to fully covered.
Taking over IT is the part most providers fumble. We run it as a defined sequence so nothing falls through the gap between old setup and new.
Discovery (week 1)
We inventory everything you have - servers, SaaS, devices, accounts, vendor contracts - and document the things nobody wrote down. You get a clear picture of your own estate, often for the first time.
Handover (week 2)
We take operational responsibility: monitoring goes live, patching schedules are set, your team learns the one phone number and ticket path. We do not rebuild what already works.
Stabilize (first 30 days)
We clear the backlog of small problems that built up, harden the obvious gaps, and tune alerting so you only hear from us when it matters.
Steady state
Roughly 30% of our time goes to proactive work - patching, monitoring, planning - and quarterly reviews keep the roadmap honest. You stop thinking about IT and start planning around it.
Common questions about managed IT
How is this different from just hiring an MSP?
What size companies do you fit best?
Can you take over an existing setup?
Do you handle laptops and devices?
What about emergencies?
Where we draw the line
What a retainer does not quietly absorb.
Honest scope means being clear about the edges too. These are not gotchas - they are things we price and agree separately so your monthly number stays predictable.
Large project work
A full cloud migration, an office buildout, or a platform re-architecture is scoped as its own fixed-price project, not slipped into the retainer. You see the cost up front.
Net-new hardware + licenses
We manage and procure on your behalf, but the cost of the laptops, servers, and software licenses themselves is yours. We get you fair pricing and no kickbacks - we just do not mark it up and hide it.
Deep security + compliance programs
Day-to-day security hygiene is included. A full SOC 2 prep, a pentest, or an audit-remediation program runs through our security team as a defined engagement so it gets the senior attention it needs.
Third-party vendor fees
Your M365, Google Workspace, ISP, and SaaS subscriptions stay billed to you. We manage the relationships and the renewals; we do not become an opaque reseller in the middle.
