Before you send

How fast will you reply?
New inquiries get a human reply within one India business day, usually within four hours. If we're slow it's because the founder is in a meeting with a client - apologies in advance. Active incidents get a callback within one hour, day or night.
Do you offer free assessments?
Yes - within reason. A 30-minute scoping call is always free. A quick vulnerability sniff test against one URL is free. We don't do free 'audits' that would normally cost $5k; that's not respectful of either of our time.
What should I include in the first email?
Three things: what's the problem, what's the urgency (incident? compliance deadline? new project?), and what's the context (company size, current stack, anything already tried). One paragraph is enough. We'll ask follow-up questions on the call.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. About a third of our clients are based in the United States; we also work with teams in the UK, UAE, Singapore, and Australia. We invoice in USD or INR and accept Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay.
What's your typical engagement size?
One-time assessments: $3k-$25k. Monthly retainers: $1.5k-$10k. Annual programs: $30k-$150k+. We're equally honest if your problem is smaller - we'll often answer a single question on the call without billing for it.
